East Rand Resident writes:

Just to congratulate you and your staff for this weekly edition (issue dated April 2), which was both informative and good to read.

The front page photo is superb and enhances the feeling of Easter. My congratulations to the photographer for that shot.  It makes one feel and enhances the feeling for this coming weekend.

Your article and report on page three (Affinity Health) is both enlightening and informative. It has been many, many, months since I have read an article that cuts to the chase with comments by the developers.

Normally, the articles always end with the postscript “waiting for a response from either the council or whoever”.

Job well done and keep up with the investigative and full reporting.

Further, the article on pages four and five regarding George Rennie & Co and George Rennie himself made an interesting read and I do not think many people knew of George Rennie as a person and what he had achieved.

Good article and well done to whoever penned that one.

Congratulations on an edition worth reading.
