Your trash is another person’s sight

Your contribution will help the club get closer to its goal of building an eye clinic in Benoni.

The Benoni Lakes Lions Club encourages community members to recycle their electronic waste (computers, printers, cables, kettles, microwaves) by dropping it off at the Desco Electronic Recyclers containers at Lakeside Mall.

All items collected will be weighed and the proceeds will contribute to the club’s Recycle for Sight initiative.

Beaulieu Maré, the president of the club, expressed gratitude to Desco Electronic Recyclers for its assistance in ensuring that e-waste is disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.

No collection may be by the club. For more information, contact Beaulieu Maré at beaulieu@eram.co.za
