Local has her eye on the title

Brentwood Park businesswoman Maryke Taylor has made the cut to the finals of the Woman of Stature awards in the beauty and fashion category.

The finals take place on March 8.

The aim of the event is to recognise and award women in their respective industries for excelling in their individual roles.

Maryka will further take to the stage in this year’s Mrs Universe Pageant, in April.

“Working with Lifechoices as my chosen charity, I am able to really help empower women in need,” she said.
