The Christmas season is upon us and as we all know, it is a time for giving.

In light of this, The Salvation Army Goodwill Centre in Benoni is appealing to the public to bring cheer to their beneficiaries by fulfilling their Christmas and New Year’s wish list.

Their needs are:
• Single mattress protectors
• Pyjamas for ladies, men and children
• Cleaning materials – Dish washing liquid, Handy Andy and many more
• Coffee, tea, Rooibos
• Milk powder
• Porridge products like oats
• Toiletries – toothpaste, toothbrushes, bath soap, face cloths, deodorants (men and ladies) and sanitary towels
• Jelly, custard, Oros, chips, sweets, biscuits
• Rice, maize meal, tin foods, gravy powder
• Meat
• Vegetables (fresh and frozen)
• Bread and spreads (margarine, peanut butter, jam)

Donations can be dropped off at the corner of Howard and Turvey Avenue.
