Help CPF spread festive cheer
Donations towards this initiative can now be delivered.
It is that time of the year when families and friends look forward to spending quality time together, however, not everyone will celebrate the festive season.
Financial stress, inability to spend this time with loved ones and illness could contribute to many residents feeling lonely and isolated.
The Benoni CPF Sector 6, which serves Apex, Golden Drive, Mackenzie North, Mackenzie South, Rynsoord, New Modder, Msholozi and Benoni South Industrial, is hosting a toy drive to bring joy to others.
Donations of clean, working and well-loved toys, treats, clothing and non-perishable foods are currently collected and will be distributed to charity organisations and people in need.
Drop off your donations by November 30 at the White House, 3 Plover Street, Mackenzie Park.
