Garden club digs deep into gut health

Get your gut back on track with the Benoni Garden Club and renowned horticulturalist Linda Galvad from Sought After Seedlings.
Galvad will be the guest speaker at the club’s June 21 meeting, discussing how your food influences not only your body, but your mind, as well.
Her talk will cover primary and secondary foods as well as how auto immune disease occurs and how to better manage it.
She will further dig into topics such establishing and developing your own sustainable organic food garden.
The meeting will take place from 14:00 to 16:00 at Benoryn Family Church, Struben Street, Rynfield.
Entrance is R50 and food and refreshments will be available to purchase.
