Crystal Park teen is an ambassador of beauty pageant
The 16-year old was crowned Miss Eco Teen International in 2023.
Local beauty queen Enhle Mdakane is one of the three ambassadors of the Mr and Miss Daring Youth South Africa beauty pageant.
Mdakane, Okuhle Dlamini and Prince Rampisa will be the event ambassadors until the pageant organisers crown their inaugural winners in August.
The 16-year-old is Miss Eco Teen International in 2023.
Given Motswiane from Daring Youth SA, said their partnership with Mdakane underscores the teenager’s commitment to empowering young people across South Africa and fostering community development.
“Enhle’s journey from the fashion runways to community initiatives highlights her dedication to making a positive impact.

As an ambassador for Mr & Miss Daring Youth SA, she will use her platform to inspire youth to pursue their dreams, embrace leadership, and contribute to societal growth.
“Her role involves engaging with young participants, promoting the values of confidence, responsibility, and community upliftment, and encouraging young leaders to make a difference in their communities,” said Motswiane.
She said the objective of the pageant is to become an educational platform that empowers young men and women.
“The pageant’s mission is to become a leading project that grants children and teenagers access to limited resources and improves their living standards, self-esteem and confidence, especially for the boy child, to feel accommodated in the world of pageants.”
