Zanempilo gives back to Kids Haven
The 17-year-old has dedicated her reign to empowering others, with a strong focus on uplifting the youth.
Lakefield resident and Miss Spectacular Teen South Africa 2025 Zanempilo Hlatshwayo (17) has opened her heart to the community by donating blankets and clothes to children at Kids Haven.
Since being crowned in June last year, Hlatswhayo has dedicated her reign to empowering others, with a strong focus on uplifting the youth.
In addition to her various community projects, she has also taken on a cause that is particularly close to her heart, a sanitary drive.
Through this initiative, Hlatswhayo hopes to combat period poverty by ensuring that young girls have access to essential menstrual products. She has since reached out to various local schools.
Hlatswhayo added that she hopes to rally more community support to expand the project and reach as many girls as possible.
She is set to jet off to the Dominican Republic in Punta Cana on September 12 to represent South Africa on Miss Spectacular Teen International.
