Residents of Northmead’s Avenues are urged to make necessary preparations for a planned power outage tomorrow (November 26) from 09:00 to 16:00.

According to Ward 27 Clr Lornette Joseph, a team from the Benoni Energy Department will be installing a new service connection to the yet-to-be-completed Northmead EMPD Precinct from the mini-sub situated on the corner of Second Street and Tenth Avenue.

The team will endeavour to complete the connection within the designated seven-hour period.
