Tons of bottle caps gives mobility to the needy

Give the gift of mobility, donate your bottle caps to participating schools and organisations.

At the beginning of the school year, Rynfield Primary School learners sipped and swigged their way to collecting 500kg of bottle tops in exchange for a wheelchair.

Driven by the thirst to touch even more lives, the school then partnered with Plastic Bubbles and collected 4 445kg of bottle caps, securing an additional nine wheelchairs to donate to those in need.

With this, nearly five tons of caps were added to the kitty, and the school and its learners donated their bounty of wheelchairs to East Rand Palliative Care, the Gregg Mitchley Foundation and the Elethu Cheshire Home in Daveyton.
