The exceptional care I received from the moment I was admitted to the fourth-floor ICU made me feel like a VIP.

The staff’s professionalism was impressive; I have never experienced such excellent service before.

I want to thank the shift leaders for their leadership and excellent care.

I was very anxious and stressed on admission, yet the nursing staff showed compassion and care, easing my fears.

Thank you for your patience and for reassuring my family during this scary ordeal.

Being admitted to hospital could be incredibly traumatic, but the staff’s care, compassion and reassurance went a long way in ensuring I was comfortable and feeling at ease.

Thank you for taking the time to ensure my family received regular updates from the moment I went into theatre until I returned to the ward safely.

The nursing staff at this hospital are born caregivers, not only soothing pain but also soothing the hearts of those in their care.

To each medical professional who worked hard to save my life, thank you for never giving up and doing your best.
