Brite Electrical & Lighting in Goud Street launches the new and improved expansion of the concept store, which will officially open its doors on July 25.

When the sixth INGCO Concept Store launched country-wide last year, DIY enthusiasts, handymen and contractors flocked from far and wide to the Goedeburg outlet on November 22 to take advantage of jaw-dropping opening specials.

Already eight months into its journey of putting quality tools in the hands of operators to tackle the job at hand, the store, which is located at Brite Electrical & Lighting in Goud Street, is tightening the bolts to launch the new and improved expansion of the concept store, which will officially open its doors on July 25.

“Loyal support from the community has prompted us to enhance their experience with the INGCO line of products, making it a truly immersive shopping experience,” said owner Waseem Bhana.

Purchasing power tools as well as supplementary equipment is an investment into your hobby or business. With the new store, we have added features which will allow customers the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the products, to find the best available option to best suit their needs.

Bhana said that through its expansion, the store will also boast a What’s Hot Wall featuring incredible specials as well as the season’s hottest picks.

“The media corner offers invaluable information regarding the available products, and equips the buyer with industry-leading knowledge to make better-informed choices,” he said.

Backed by its quality assurance, the Goud Street outlet will be home to the in-house INGCO repair centre.

“Here our team of trained technicians will be able to carry out repairs, services and maintenance on the entire range of products,” he said.

This is yet another way we are ensuring the customers enjoy quality service, where and when they need it.

The bigger and better concept store will be adding WADFOW products to its extensive range, with INGCO’s latest addition, its Ricota range, making its way onto the shelves in mid-August.
