Nursery school celebrates Flip Flop Day

"We also had Valentine’s Day picnic where the children were dressed in red, white or pink with their flip flops and CHOC stickers,” said Anne Franks.

Dressed in red and white and sporting flip flops, the Little People Nursery School children in Rynfield supported CHOC’s Flip Flop Day on February 17.

The toddlers also wore their CHOC stickers, doing their bit to help CHOC raise funds for children with cancer.

Furthermore, they created a mural with flip flops of various colours in honour of the foundation for its continued work in helping children fight cancer.

“The children had fun. We also had Valentine’s Day picnic where the learners were dressed in red, white or pink with their flip flops and CHOC stickers,” said Anne Franks, a staff member at the school.
