MID-LEVEL TO SENIOR JOURNALIST WANTED We are looking for a dynamic and motivated journalist to join our newsroom. The ideal candidate is a proactive go-getter and skilled problem solver with a strong passion for journalism and a genuine interest in the local community. They should be curious, driven, and committed to telling impactful stories that matter to our readers.
REQUIREMENTS:
•A journalism degree or diploma
•Good writing and language skills specially in English
•Own car and drivers licence preferred
•Must know how to use a digital camera
•Computer literate
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Must be able to cover a variety of news
•Must have good understanding and experience in online journalism
•Knowledge of CMS will be an advantage
•Proficient with social platforms
•Able to work under pressure for various titles, and meet deadlines.
•Work weekends and nights when required.
