We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and reliable Senior Blockman / Butchery Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate must have strong butchery skills, excellent product knowledge, and the ability to manage daily butchery operations while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, customer service, and stock control.
Key Responsibilities
•Managing the daily operations of the butchery.
•Controlling stock levels, ordering, and minimising wastage.
•Providing excellent customer service.
•Monitoring costs, margins, and sales performance.
Requirements
•5-10 years` experience as a Senior Blockman or Butchery Manager
•Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, knowledge of stock control, costing, and yield management, ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
