Consider letting residents remain on old municipal meters

No electricity equals no oxygen, the result of which is obvious
I live alone and don’t have anyone to send to the corner shop to buy electricity. I am also technologically impaired.
A power outage brings on a panic attack and results in going to the hospital for oxygen. Now with Covid-19, it’s not possible anymore, so I have to rent a generator.
Dlamini, please consider the many Benoni residents who are in similar circumstances, our lives are dependent on a continuous electricity supply.
What do you suggest we do?
