Senior footballers back in training

The seniors got their pre-season training underway at Northern Areas on Sunday, January 12, and are hoping that the early start to training will allow the senior teams the best possible start in their respective leagues.

Senior training will continue from 9.30am on Sundays, and the first and second team players will practise at Benoni Northerns on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 6.30pm.

First team coach Flavio Mariuzzi said that the club are always on the look-out for talented senior football players and are looking to build a strong side with serious ambitions of winning the league title.
