England Lions defeated at Willowmoore
The England Lions came to Benoni on Thursday, February 5, to take on South Africa A in the final match (a day/night encounter) of their unofficial one-day series.

Reeza Hendricks blasted a century and young fast bowler Kagiso Rabada bagged four wickets, to see the five-match series end 3-1 in favour of the English team (the third ODI was a rain-out).
Jonny Bairstow and Samit Patel scored half-centuries for the Lions, but that could not prevent their first defeat of the tour.
Batting first, the SA A opening pair of Hendricks and skipper Dean Elgar put on a stand of 149 runs within 29 overs, to set a target of 288 for the visitors.
In their reply, the Lions were reduced to 92/4, with Rabada removing James Vince and the always dangerous Ben Stokes.
Bairstow and Patel kept up with the rate, but Elgar brought himself on to remove Bairstow.
The remaining five wickets fell for just 23 runs.
