Four beers, one mile

What is a Beer Mile?

Participating individual runners will compete in heats and must drink a beer, run 400m, drink a beer, run 400m, drink a beer, run 400m, drink a beer, run 400m (four beers in one mile).

There will also be a team relay event.

Teams will consist of four people and will work like a normal relay, but with beers.

No u-18s will be allowed to participate in the event.
