Roads to be affected by Rowlin National Glow Run on October 31

Some roads/streets will be busy with runners and walkers.

The ever-festive Rowlin National Brokers Glow Run is returning to Rynfield’s streets on the night of October 31.

This year’s version of the Rowlin Glow Run is an extra special one for both the organisers, Benoni Northerns Athletic Club (BNAC), and the title sponsors Rowlin National Brokers as both celebrate a decade of the event.

The event promises to bring many runners and walkers to the streets of Benoni and the safety of participants is a top priority.

Motorists making use of the roads on the evening are urged to heed patience and take note of roads that will be affected by the running of the 5km, 10km and 15km races.

Community members are also encouraged to brighten up their homes and show support for the runners and walkers on the evening.

Roads that will be affected are:

Brodigan Street, Madeley Street, Bantjies Street, Mathers Street, Baines Street, Moodie Street, Sarel Cilliers Street, Curtis Street, Malcolm Street, Davidson Street, Meyer Road, Ewing Street, O’Reilly Merry Street, Foster Street, Nestadt Street, Struben Street, Hartshorne Street, Waterson Street, Hills Street, Potgieter Street, Hartley Street, Parker Street, Reid Street, Pringle Street, Greybe Street, Goodman Street, Retief Street, Robinson Street, De Mist Street, Bok Street and Thom Street.
