“I was excited when he approached me to teach a class for him, said Grippaldi. This was the second class I taught. The first one was quite extraordinary as I taught live with a friend and fellow dancer all the way in Cape Town before lockdown.
But, since lockdown all the rules and regulations that have come into effect have put a damper on dancing spirits across the world.
“Since the beginning of lockdown Quintus has been hosting a variety of live dance classes on Dance Culture Studio’s Facebook page for free, explained Grippaldi.
The aim of these classes was to add some positivity and good energy into the world during these really strange times.During the Facebook live classes there have been a lot of dancers who shared in this excitement and couldn’t help but share their enthusiasm.”Judging by the comments received on the class, I think we have managed to keep a lot of dancers, creatives and even the ordinary person entertained and sprinkle a little bit of positivity and love in their days during lockdown, said Grippaldi.

Comments that were posted during the class were all positive and enduring. “Loving it so far, posted Stephanie Hoole.”We also managed to connect people from different parts of the country and even the world. I am grateful for the opportunity to have been part of this,” concluded Grippaldi.
