The musician has been nominated for the Josie Music Awards (JMA) and Texas Sounds International Country Music Awards (TSICMA) internationally.

“I need to raise about R50 000 or more as I would like to give a percentage of the proceeds to a local charity,” she said.

“The money will be used for two air tickets to the USA, accommodation, as well as car hire to get to the different awards ceremonies.”

At the golf day, HunTer said: “People can expect good fun, prizes up for grabs, live music, celebrities and a live concert that night with my hit songs that won me titles thus far.”

There will also be an auction for sport memorabilia.

HunTer’s team can be contacted on 064 680 8900 or email info@hunterleite.co.za or those who want to support the day.

In other exciting news, the artist is one of five who the public have tagged on Facebook for the 94.2FM artist who is undiscovered in SA.

“They played my song on radio on Friday (August 30) and the public went wild,” she said.

“This week they will play my song, and four other artists’, and the public will vote.

“The winner will receive an interview on Jacaranda FM.”
