Hidden camera footage of the City Times being offered an unregistered wheelie bin for a bribe

The City Times visited the Benoni Waste Depot in May, to investigate reports of unregistered wheelie bins being given to residents for a bribe. We were also offered a bin and caught the incident on camera.
