2016 Theme : “Believe, Dream, Dare!”

In 2012 Durban Primary celebrated it’s Centenary. Since the school has seen many changes, amongst them the retirement of Mr. Lawrence Knowles and the appointment of Mrs. Shaylene Miller as Principal.

This brought with it various changes, including many feminine touches, such as the beautiful gardens and the many motivational, encouraging phrases displayed around the school.

Mrs. Miller leads the school with discipline, love and tons of positive re-enforcement for both staff and learners.
2016 sees the appointment of Mr. Jeffrey Veerasamy as Deputy Principal. With an awesome management team, backed by a strong and supportive Governing Body, Durban Primary offers a vibrant and comprehensive education for your child, including a full range of extra-murals, comprising various Sport and Cultural activities.
They offer Grade R to Grade 7, as well as a Partially Hearing Unit. DPS where respect for each other is key!
