Glenwood athletics off to good start
Glenwood athletes pulled out all the stops to win the Sidney Atkins athletics meet at Kings Park.

GLENWOOD ended rivals DHS’s three-year winning streak when the school’s athletics team won the Sidney Atkins meet at Kings Park on Tuesday, 3 September.
The Glenwood Boys’ athletics team kicked off the 3rd term athletics season on a high note by participating in the prestigious event which gave the school’s star athletes a chance to shine.
The Glenwood athletes participated in various events and won the majority of them.
The most impressive part of the meeting was that the U15, U17 and U19 4x100m relay teams who won their events respectively. This is the first time that Glenwood has won the meeting, ending DHS’s three-year reign.
