Comment on proposed by-law
Residents are encouraged to have their say on a new land use management and planning by-law.
RESIDENTS have until Monday 27 July to comment on a new municipal by-laws regarding town planning and land use management.
The municipality has proposed to enact a planning and land use management by-law which is available for viewing at the City Engineers Building Information Centre, the Umhlanga, Pinetown Civic Centre, Hillcrest and Winklespruit regional offices (Sizakala Centres) as well as on the municipality's website.
Anyone who wants to comment or make representations on the proposed by-law may do so in writing to the office of the City Manager, City Hall, Dr Pixley ka-Isaka Seme Street, Durban, 4000, before close of business on 27 July at 4pm.

People who are not able to write may visit the offices during office hours where someone will assist in transcribing the comments.
