THE twelve men accused of being involved in the shooting at Durban's Brook Street taxi rank last month appeared at the Durban Magistrates Court for a bail application on Friday.
Eleven of the men were granted R10 000 bail each, while one of the men was held in custody with a pending murder charge against him. The eleven men also have to report to the Durban Central SAPS on a weekly basis.
Three people were killed in the shooting on 16 September. The accused were arrested and an assortment of firearms wasfound by police at the scene.
