Mr SA spreads festive cheer to local children’s home
Mr SA, Armand du Plessis was in Durban last week to spread some festive love and cheer to the children of a Durban Children's Home with R10 000 worth of toys with teh support of Pick n Pay Musgrave.
MR South Africa, Armand du Plessis, was in Durban to spread some festive love and cheer with his latest charity initiative.
“It was awesome to come to Durban to spread some love to the children in the spirit of Christmas,” he said.
The initiative, a partnership between Mr SA and Pick n Pay, saw Pick n Pay Musgrave issue Armand with R10 000 in gift cards to shop for toys and household items for the Durban Child and Youth Care Centre in Glenwood.
“I asked my friend, former Miss SA, Tatum Keshwar, to assist me to select the toys. We had such fun and can't wait to see the smiles, laughter and joy on the faces of the little kids when we hand over the toys to them,” Armand added.
