Mayville SAPS spread a little joy

Mayville SAPS officers took time off on Friday afternoon to spend quality time with the young children at Jadhu Place informal settlement.

MAYVILLE police officers spent quality time showing they care for the community when they visited the children Jadhu Place informal settlement.

Warrant Officer Patrick Zithulele Ngwane, communications officer at Mayville SAPS, said officers led by Vispol Commander SC Sithole visited the Child Day Care Centre at the informal settlement recently, as part of their late Mandela month commemoration. “The Mandela Day initiative was a perfect opportunity to spend a worthy 67 minutes with the children. SAPS Mayville spent quality time and children were entertained. Toys, sponsored by Kwik Spar were also donated to the Child Care Centre,” Zwane said.
