Celebrations at safety forum meeting

THE Bulwer Community Safety Forum’s monthly community meeting is on Tuesday 9 August at the Glenwood Community Church hall from 6.30pm.

Go celebrate with the forum as its members commemorate Women’s Day, welcome the new ward 33 councillor, Mmabatho Tembe and bid farewell to Captain Glenn Needle from the Reservists Team who has volunteered his services to the community for a number of years.

This meeting will be a “bring and share” and each person is asked to take something to put on the table to share, either a plate of sweet or savoury eats, or a 2lt cool drink or a juice to add to the evening’s celebrations. This will also allow residents to get to know one another over a cup of tea and coffee.
