Learn self defence
Riza Syed from Real Defence Tactics will be the instructor at a self defence workshop for women.
WOMEN are encouraged to join the Community Chest at a ladies defence workshop on Wednesday 28 September at Berea Congregational Church hall, Pardy Gardens Road, off Musgrave Road, from 8am.
Riza Syed from Real Defence Tactics will be lead the workshop. Riza is a first degree black belt in Shotokan and other martial sciences. He was a former bodyguard for former president Thabo Mbeki, a former intelligence operative for South African and a former anti-terrorism operative for the country.
This will be a fun, progressive session of essential self defence basics.
Cost is R150 which includes morning snack and hot beverages.
