Seven in a row for top SPAR

GLENWOOD SUPERSPAR once again walked away with the prestigious Service Excellence award at the recent national SPAR Convention held in Sun City.

The Service Excellence award is a national award that recognises excellence and is awarded to the top 20 SPAR stores across South Africa.

Stringent judging criteria are taken into consideration when determining these awards, and only stores that consistently achieve the highest store standards and customer service, as set by the SPAR organisation and customers, are eligible.

Taking these factors into consideration, receiving the award for seven consecutive years is by no means a small feat for Glenwood SUPERSPAR.

Proud storeowners, Norbert and Steffi Steffen, are thrilled to receive this award and tribute the success to the dedicated staff of the store, including store manager Marilyn Cox, who will retire at the end of the year and will surely be missed, assistant manager Nishanee Maharaj and the great support team of Roshni Bhagwandin, Charlene Naiker, Vanessa Naidoo, Nisa Masthan, Ravika Govender as well as the rest of the staff.

Steffi said the team would also like to thank their customers for their continued and loyal support.
