Biker dies after Musgrave collision

THERE has been an outpouring of anger and messages of sympathy on social media for motorcyclist who was hit by a drunk driver in Essenwood Road last night. Sadly the biker, who suffered severe injuries in the collision, has died in hospital.

Berea SAPS arrested one of the drivers in the two car and motorcycle collision on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and reckless and negligent driving. The crash occurred on Essenwood Road near Ashford Place on Saturday evening.
