EARLIER today Police found seven-year old Delico Bagaya, who was allegedly kidnapped in the Umbilo area on Thursday. Bagaya was taken away by suspects in an unknown vehicle, while she was playing with her cousins alongside the road.
Police spokesperson, Lieutenant Colonel Thulani Zwane said “The young girl was found this morning. She was found walking around Verulam by a security company.”

“The child will be taken for medical check-ups before reuniting with her family. A case of kidnapping is still under investigation,”added Zwane.
