Have you been affected by Glenwood’s social ills?

BSURF is urging anyone who has been directly affected by brothels, prostitutes, drugs and human trafficking in Glenwood to contact them.

BULWER Safety and Urban Regeneration Forum (BSURF) is urging anyone who has been directly affected either at home or at work, by brothels, prostitutes, drugs, drug dealers and human trafficking in Glenwood, to contact them.

Heather Rorick, chairperson, is appealing to residents to provide her with detailed emails setting out exactly what’s happened to you as a result of these issues, such as verbal abuse, being flashed, property damage and degradation and loss of customers.

“We urge residents to also set out whether they have escalated the issues to SAPS, the ward councillor or Metro Police previously, and what the end result was. If they have reference numbers for complaints, they are to please include these,” she said.

Rorick said the information is needed by no later than 1 April.

Email complaints to: weshabs@icloud.com.
