Ticket sales for the iconic Durban Fashion Fair are open!

The Durban Fashion Fair will showcase the work of top African fashion designers, offer masterclasses and a buyer’s lounge, and will hold their annual recognition awards ceremony.

TICKETS for the eagerly anticipated premier fashion event, the Durban Fashion Fair (DFF), are on sale now.

The DFF is taking place at the Inkosi Albert Luthuli International Convention Centre from September 21 until September 24. Themed Expressive Expression, the showcase has grown to be one of Africa’s leading fashion events and will feature 12 shows showcasing the work of 46 fashion designers, including several designers from African countries and 20 fashion mentees.

Tickets are available at all Boxer and Pick ‘n Pay outlets and online from https://www.webtickets.co.za

The general pass is priced at R120 and allows you to watch one fashion show, while the day pass, which is R250, allows you to watch all the shows on that particular day. The VIP pass is R500, which allows you access to all the fashion shows on that specific day and a pass to the VIP lounge where you will be afforded an opportunity to network with industry role-players. The DFF Recognition Awards tickets are retailing for R200.

Also on the line-up for the DFF are masterclasses, including a three-day beauty masterclass facilitated by professional makeup artist and businesswoman, Lwazi Blose, also known as Diva Cadach, which has been sponsored by Edgars Beauty Academy. There will be a buyer’s lounge showcasing 20 trendy and unique fashion products, providing an opportunity for attendees to buy local. On September 24, the DFF Recognition Awards will be held which will honour and reward innovation, excellence and quality in the fashion sector.

The DFF Recognition Awards offers cash and development prizes for winners across twelve categories. They include Next Generation/Emerging Durban Designer, DFF Rising Star, Collection of the Week, Durban Designer of the Year, Fashion Innovator Award, Best Men’s Wear Collection, Best Ladies’ Wear Collection, Durban Fashion Legend, Fashion Business Award, DFF New Face (Female), DFF New Face (Male), and DFF New Face (Plus-size).
