Man shot multiple times in Stamford Hill
Paramedics were able to stabilise the man on the scene.
A MAN survived mutliple gunshot wounds after a shooting incident on Umgeni Road in the Stamford Hill area just after 22:00 on Saturday, March 18.
Emer-G-Med paramedics responded to the scene.
“On arrival on scene a male patient was found to have sustained multiple gunshot wounds in an alleged hijacking incident,” said Kyle Van Reenen, spokesperson for Emer-G-Med Paramedics.

Paramedics rushed the man to hospital.
“The man was treated and stabilized on scene before being taken to a nearby hospital for further care,” continued Van Reenen.
SAPS was not available to comment at the time this article was published.
