Damelin welcomes Spring with charity drive
Damelin, in conjunction with several corporate companies, hosted Spring Day celebrations on September 2, as part of a charity drive aimed at raising money for the St Francis Care Centre.

Damelin Boksburg has in the past shown its dedication to playing a role in delivering social responsibility programmes within the community, and this time was no different.
Both staff members and learners of the institution collected non-perishable food items and secondhand clothing that would be donated to the care centre.
On the day, the institution also raised funds through food stalls while the children from St Francis were treated to a day of fun and treats.
According to academic manager, Jaco le Roux, the day was part of the many charity drives that form part of the institution’s social responsibility programme.
St Francis Care Centre is the charity Damelin has chosen to focus on and assist when needed.
