Kuselo acknowledges its heroes
Kuselo Child and Youth Care Services held held its annual My Hero Day at Excelsior Academic College in Boksburg North on October 6.
The objective of the event is to recognise and honour those who work hand in hand with the organisation to make a difference in the lives of children and families in crisis.
Kuselo receives donations and support from community members and works closely with the Boksburg North SAPS and other stakeholders.
Amanda Coetzee, founder of Kuselso, awarded these individuals and companies with a certificate as a token of her appreciation.
“It is vital to say thank you to those who are supporting Kuselo,” said Coetzee.
Some of the local heroes were awarded a certificate of gratitude. They were Boksburg Advertiser, DSD Boksburg, DSD Boksburg School Social Unit, Scouts Boksburg, Touch of Hope, Legendary Guardians Exclusive Protection, X Factor Signs, MediCare24, Unchain the child, AfriForum Boksburg, Broadway Sweets, Excelsior College, Pink Ladies, EMC Chaplaincy, SACCU, Post a Can/Sandwich, Sunward Gemeenskap Kerk, Albasini Attorneys, The A Team, Together Service The City, Torchtech, Kironglobal, Dave Brown and Boksburg North SAPS.
