The Boksburg Camera Club wishes you and yours a wonderful peaceful festive season

The Boksburg Camera Club held its year-end meeting where the winners in the various categories of the monthly photography competition were selected.

The winning images from this year’s Trophy Evening Competition are as follows:

Beginners: Valerie Pieterse – Faux Ikebana

The Boksburg Camera Club is in recess until January 3.
Boksburg Camera Club is a NPO that was established 36 years ago and currently boasts 60 active members.
Due to Covid restrictions, they meet virtually every third Wednesday of the month.

The club caters for all levels of photographers, whether you’re a beginner or a professional photographer, you are all welcome.
Regular virtual workshops are an ongoing activity, with topics ranging from cellphone, birds, altered reality and wildlife, which are hosted by professional photographers specialising in their respective genres.

Like many other organisation, the club is not spared from the disruptions caused by the pandemic. However, with Covid-19 protocol in mind, they have recently managed a few club outings that presented photography opportunities.
