Don’t give paper delivery staff ‘Christmas’

Residents who are harassed in any way should report this to us.

Caxton Local Media does not condone any newspaper distribution delivery staff asking residents for “Christmas” (gifts, money, food, etc.).

“This is discouraged and not behaviour we condone. Should anyone experience any difficulties with a newspaper distribution runner insisting they want a Christmas ‘bonus’, kindly let us know about this by reporting it to our distribution manager Charmain Erasmus at charmaine@caxton.co.za or on 073 001 3047,” said Caxton Local Media East & South General manager Linda Pretorius.

Please note the last newspaper for the year is December 24 and the first Advertiser of 2022 will be delivered on January 11 (dated January 14).
