Joe Slovo kids receive welcome donation of school shoes

Liluba Construction gave back to the community by donating 50 pairs of school shoes to the children of Joe Slovo informal settlement on May 14.

According to Esther Lenkoane, a supervisor at the company who is on the Joe Slovo Forum, they donated the shoes because she noted most of children are suffering.

“The parents are not working and they depend on Sassa money. The money they get from Sassa is not enough for food, clothes and many other necessities.”
