#InternationalMandelaDay: Locals take actions to help change the world
They are making positive contributions; helping to feed and clothe the needy, cleaning their communities and performing many other acts of kindness and service in honour of Madiba.

Today (July 18) marks international Nelson Mandela Day, and several organisations and individuals organised various activities around Boksburg to honour the birthday and legacy of the anti-apartheid icon and former South African president.
In commemoration of the day, people across the world, and particularly in South Africa, are encouraged to dedicate at least 67 minutes to doing good deeds for the needy and making a difference in communities. The Advertiser’s journalists were out and about capturing some of the various Mandela Day activities happening in Boksburg.
