Rand Water schedules repair at pumping station

Water supply will be minimised during the maintenance work.

Rand Water has scheduled work at its Mapleton booster pumping station to repair the delivery and scour valves on July 20.

The 22-hour project will commence from 06:00 until 04:00 the next day. During this period, the pumping of water at the station will be reduced from 730 million litres per day to 330 million litres per day.
