Planned Rand Water maintenance scheduled for January 25-26

Rand Water will conduct essential maintenance over a 24-hour period, resulting in low to no water pressure across multiple suburbs. Residents are urged to prepare and store water in advance as tankers will be deployed to affected areas.

Residents of Boksburg and surrounding areas are advised to prepare for significant water disruptions due to planned maintenance by Rand Water, scheduled for January 25 to 26.

The maintenance will occur over a 24-hour period, starting at 06:00 on January 25 and concluding at 06:00 on January 26.

During this time, residents can expect low to no water pressure as repairs are made to the Palmiet Pump Station.
