Alcra’s dogs need your warm heart

Alcra Rescue needs your help. Donate blankets and towels to keep them cozy.

Alcra Rescue, a Boksburg West haven for abandoned and neglected dogs, is facing a critical challenge as winter approaches.

The organisation, currently housing 60 rescue dogs, is in desperate need of blankets and towels to ensure their furry residents stay warm during the cold nights ahead.

A recent major donation fell through, leaving Alcra Rescue scrambling to prepare for the colder months.

The team, already inundated with the overwhelming workload of caring for so many animals, is appealing to the public for assistance.

You can drop off your donation of blankets or towels at 32 Turton Street, Boksburg West.

Monetary donations are also welcome. For more information, contact Chantezé Blignaut at 068 690 7045.

Happy Easter Adoption Day
Alcra Rescue invites the community to join them at their Happy Easter Adoption Dayon to be held on April 28 at Laerskool Concordia.
