Join Urban Ruins in Amazing Race

Adventure awaits 500 local youngsters at the Amazing Race Youth Day on September 13, hosted by #FeedingBoksburg and Urban Ruins Projects NPO.

Urban Ruins Projects NPO and #FeedingBoksburg are calling on youth leaders, schools and community groups to rally their members for an action-packed Amazing Race Day on September 13.

According to Clayton Viljoen, founder of Urban Ruins, 500 young people between the ages of eight and 16 will gather for a day filled with teamwork, adventure, and fun.
“This is about giving our youth a safe, exciting space to work together, challenge themselves, and make new friends,” said Viljoen.
“The day’s activities will see teams, guided by youth leaders, navigating obstacle courses, tackling missions, and racing against the clock.”

Organisers promise plenty of energy-boosting refreshments, with food and drinks provided for all participants.
Viljoen added that the event aims not only to entertain but also to foster leadership, problem-solving, and community spirit among participants.
Groups interested in taking part can contact Tristan at 084 442 8569 for more information or to register.
“Let’s make this an unforgettable day for our youth,” Viljoen said.
