For larger schools, we can operate with up to three dedicated photographers working simultaneously, supported by trained assistants who help manage learner flow, class queues, posing and the overall photography process.

Instead of one photographer attempting to work through an entire school alone, multiple photography stations allow us to photograph more learners in less time while keeping waiting periods and disruption to classes to a minimum.

Before photography day, we work with school management to establish an organised schedule and determine the most practical way to move classes through the photography area.

On the day, our team takes responsibility for keeping the process moving.

Consistency remains just as important as speed. Our photographers work according to a standardised approach to lighting, posing and image capture, helping ensure that learners receive the same professional standard of portrait regardless of which photographer photographs them.

No Upfront Photography Cost to the School

Partnering with YMoments Studios costs the school nothing upfront.

There is no photography-day session fee charged to the school. We manage the photography process, ordering, production and delivery, helping keep the administrative burden on the school as low as possible.

Participating schools can also receive a 10% cashback calculated on the net profit from fully paid, eligible orders.

The final cashback amount is calculated once production has been completed and any cancellations or refunds have been processed, providing the school with a clear and accurate final figure.

This gives schools the opportunity to offer professional school photography to their families without taking on the financial risk or workload normally associated with organising a large photography project.
