Support Humanity Foundation in its food drive

Attendees can look forward to a day filled with entertainment for the whole family.

The Humanity Foundation is holding its annual food drive at Pick n Pay Towers on June 15 and 16 to help bring relief to the needy.

Volunteers will be ready to collect items like non-perishable food, nappies, baby formula and sanitary towels from 08:00 to 13:00.
Pierre Marneweck, founder of the foundation, said community members can look forward to a fun-filled day with entertainment and cars on display.

“There will be something to do for the whole family,” said Marneweck.

Marneweck encouraged the community to support the foundation’s food drive.

“The community supporting the initiative is important because every donated item goes towards organisations such as child and youth care centres we have partnered with. No donation is too big or small,” he said.

“Last year’s food drive was a success, and we are thankful for those who contributed,” said the founder.

Marneweck thanked Pick n Pay Towers for supporting the food drive.
