Become part of the Boksburg SPCA’s management committee
The management committee is comprised of voluntary members of the public who are responsible for the governance and management of the society.
Boksburg SPCA needs an additional three to four management committee members to join its team.
Candidates should have a passion for animal welfare, fundraising, corporate community social investment and/or donor database management experience.
As a committee member, there are specific requirements and obligations you would be required to fulfil per the society’s constitution and rules.
The management committee is comprised of voluntary members of the public who are responsible for the governance and management of the society, bearing in mind that at all times the welfare of the animals in the care of the SPCA is paramount.
It is not a requirement for a management committee member to reside in Boksburg, but interested parties should take into consideration that fundraising and SPCA activities take place in Boksburg.
Some of the requirements include being a paid member of the Boksburg SPCA, assisting with activities, attending monthly meetings online and an NSPCA committee.
